Tulsi (Holy Basil) holds immense significance in Hindu religion. It is considered as the most sacred plant and considered as "The Queen of the Herbs" for its healing and spiritual properties. How to use Tulsi for weight loss

Tulsi tea -

Boil a few leaves in a cup of water and steep for five minutes.

You can add lemon, honey or ginger to it.

Strain and drink the tea.

You can kick-start your day with this tea and can drink in evening too for quick weight loss.

Raw Tulsi leaves -

Chewing (5-6) raw Tulsi leaves every morning in empty stomach can also give surprising results.

Tulsi water-

Put some Tulsi leaves in a glass of water and keep it overnight.

Next morning consume the water with the leaves to reap the benefits.
