Here we have come up with some solutions for you helping you stay fit while losing the extra kilos. Before we start, the first thing that you need to do is to start eating regularly for your weight management goal.

Dieting and skipping meals sometimes accelerate getting fatter, rather than preventing it. So, here are few tips for your weight management.

  1. Take fewer carbs and lean proteins regularly as avoiding protein may make you feel week and you might not be able to work out regularly.
  2. Take whole foods and avoid junk foods. You can take a little ghee as it helps in burning fat. Remember the very first meal of the day, breakfast, needs to be the best of the day.
  3. Calorie intake reduction is good but remember to take small meals- at least 6 times a day to maintain the energy level throughout the day.
  4. You need to do workout regularly. It not only helps shedding weight but also helps maintaining metabolism in the body.
  5. Maintain a routine and have the last meal of the day (dinner) by 7 PM. If needed you can take a glass of milk.
