The highest provision of Rs 3624 crore has been made for the Panchayati Raj and drinking water department, Rs 2310 crore for Health and Family Welfare department and Rs 2143 crore for Energy department.

Odisha Finance Minister Niranjan Pujari will present a supplementary budget of Rs 19,380 crore on the first day of the Winter Session of the State Legislative Assembly on Wednesday.
