Bhubaneswar: Subroto Bagchi, the co-founder of leading IT services company Mindtree and newly appointed chief of Odisha Skill Development Authority, today said his immediate aim is to make the youths of the state skilled and independent like their counterparts in developed countries of the world.

Naveen Patnaik expressed hope that both the institutions by offering world-class services will help Bhubaneswar become a leading centre in the country in cancer care and palliative services. 

The PET-CT machine will help in the treatment of cancer patients and other critical surgical cases. The PET-CT will benefit many poor and needy patients of Odisha.
