The three Railway staff have been arrested under IPC sections 304 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and 201 (destruction of evidence).
In a major development in the investigation into the train accident at Bahanaga in Balasore of Odisha, the CBI today reportedly arrested 3 persons.
