The Commissionerate Police on Friday (September 3) detained a web channel editor against whom Olympian Dutee Chand has filed a defamation and harassment complaint at the Mahila police station. Sudhanshu Rout, the editor of the concerned web channel was picked up from his office in Jharpara, Bhubaneswar this afternoon.
