As per reports, IT firms are taking this decision as Covid-19 cases are steadily declining and most employees are vaccinated. Leading IT firms such as TCS, Wipro and Apple are reportedly asking their employees to follow the hybrid style of working, where one is expected to work for 2-3 days from office and the next 2-3 days from home.

Taking to Twitter, Wipro Chairman, Rishad Premji informed that the company's leadership would resume work from office, twice a week, starting from Monday (September 13).
