PM Narendra Modi celebrated Diwali with soldiers in Nowshera Sector of J&K.
PM Modi hailed the courage of soldiers and said their capability and strength has ensured peace and security for the country.
This would be the second time the Prime Minister will celebrate Diwali with the soldiers in Rajouri district after the first in 2019.
The bypoll outcome shows the trust and appreciation for PM Modi across the country, especially in the North East where people have overwhelmingly supported and given a landslide win to NDA, said the former Parliamentarian.

"So far you've been working to take people to vaccination centres, now it's time to reach every house and work with 'har ghar dastak' campaign,"

On Tuesday, the final day of Modi's UK visit, the PM is scheduled to hold a series of bilateral meetings with leaders of Switzerland, Finland, Israel, Nepal, Malawi, Ukraine, Japan and Argentina, as well as a meeting with Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates.
The Summit on 'Global Supply Chain Resilience' was convened by US President Joe Biden to discuss the ways in which governments can alleviate pressure points in the global supply chain ecosystem.
On the sidelines of the G20 summit, Prime Minister Modi interacted with several world leaders, including US President Joe Biden, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, French President Emmanuel Macron,
Modi is also the first Indian Prime Minister Francis has met since becoming Pope in 2013.
During the meeting, the two prime ministers looked at other areas of cooperation between India and Italy.
"During my visit to Italy, I will also visit the Vatican City, to call on His Holiness Pope Francis and meet Secretary of State, His Eminence Cardinal Pietro Parolin," Modi said.
