As per the notice, the Commission has rescheduled and postponed several examinations which were earlier slated to be held this month.The OSSC has advised candidates to track all the latest information and updates regarding conduct of the examinations through its official website.
The main examination which was earlier scheduled to be conducted on March 20 and 21, 2022 will now be held on April 3 and 4, 2022.
The last date for submission of application is April 22.
Online registration, payment of examination fees and submission of application to fill up nine posts of sub inspector (traffic) have commenced today.
The selection of the candidates will be done through Written Exam, Physical Standard Measurement and Physical Test and Certificate Verification.
As per the latest notice, several examinations which were earlier scheduled to be held this month have been rescheduled/postponed.
The tier-1 examination will be conducted on February 14, 2022 (Monday) in three shifts at different cities across Odisha through Computer Based Recruitment Examination (CBRE).
The Commission through separate notifications informed the candidates who have appeared in the main examinations that the link for Model Answer Keys are available in "What's New" section of website "www.ossc.gov.in".
The Commission said the decision to extend the deadline has been taken in view of difficulties faced by the candidates due to the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic situation. Candidates intending to apply for the posts will now get more time to fill up forms and submit them online.
