OSSC Recruitment 2022: Application Deadline Extended For These Recruitment Exams, Details Here

The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has announced extension of the deadline for online registration, payment of examination fee and submission of applications for four important recruitment examinations.

The Commission said the decision to extend the deadline has been taken in view of difficulties faced by the candidates due to the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic situation. Candidates intending to apply for the posts will now get more time to fill up forms and submit them online.  

As per the notification, the application deadline for the posts of Field Assistant, Weaving Supervisor, Primary Investigator and Junior Assistant in different Heads of Department has been extended.  

While the last date of online registration and payment of examination fee for the posts of Field Assistant, Weaving Supervisor, Primary Investigator and Junior Assistant has been extended till February 10, 2022, the submission of application forms for the posts has been extended till February 15. 

"The last date of online registration and payment of examination fee and submission of online application of the following recruitment advertisements are hereby extended upto a period as noted against each due to difficulties faced by the candidates arising out of COVID-19 pandemic situation," the notice read. 

As per the advertisement, 11 vacancies of Field Assistant, six vacancies of Weaving Supervisor, seven vacancies of Primary Investigator and 140 vacancies of Junior Assistant in different heads of department will be filled up through the recruitment drives.
