A bench comprising Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justice Hima Kohli dismissed the petition filed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal Bar Association challenging the Orissa High Court's decision which upheld the abolition of the tribunal.
As per reports, Kadaiska was picked by CRPF and police on suspicion of being a Maoist and taken to Chandrapur Police Station in Rayagada district in 2010. He allegedly succumbed to injuries due to third degree in the custody of the security forces on June 3, 2010.
