Huge relief for Congress MLA Mohammed Moquim. The Orissa High Court on Wednesday ordered a stay on his conviction by a vigilance court. The vigilance court had sentenced the legislator to three years rigorous imprisonment in Odisha Rural Housing & Development Corporation (ORHDC) corruption case.
