Former Odisha DGP SS Padhi Passes Away

Former Odisha director general of police (DGP) Shyama Sundar Padhi passed away at his home here today, family sources said. Padhi (86) is survived by a son and two daughters. His wife and the first woman judge of Orissa High Court Justice Amiya Kumari Padhi had predeceased him in April 2012.
