The Odisha State Cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik gave go-ahead to as many as 17 major proposals on Monday including some key decisions pertaining to the departments of Finance, Food Supplies, GA, Home, and others.
This Cabinet decision will ensure parity between the Central Government and State government employees. Odisha government will contribute Rs 280 crore more towards the NPS every year.
