Thunderstorm with lightning is also likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khordha, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati,Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj in the next 24 hours.

There is no possibility of heavy rain in Odisha in the next two days as the deep depression which crossed the State coast now lies centred north Madhya Pradesh and south Uttar Pradesh. The system is gradually weakening and moving towards west.
