This has not gone well with the victim’s family who demanded his immediate arrest. Recently, Sahu, the main accused in the sensational Bolangir lady teacher murder case was spotted wandering around during ‘Bahudra Yatra’ at Mahaling village in Kalahandi district.
The Minister also stated that the investigation has been completed and it was done on the basis of adequate proofs. The investigation did not find involvement of any third person.

As per legal experts, the case diary, in this case, looks very neat. And the prime accused Gobinda Sahu had delivered evidence to the Odisha police, what he wanted
Earlier on Wednesday, Bolangir Police had produced Sahu before the Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Court in Bangomunda which allowed the cops to take Sahu on remand for five days.
Calling Sahu a fraudster, Singh alleged that Sahu cheated him and his son by making a lucrative offer of good jobs plus paying Rs 2000 per decimal land. But paid them Rs 30,000 instead of Rs 2.40 lakh - the entire amount for 1.27 acres of land as per the deal.

Even as the key accused has made an extra-judicial confession, bumpy roads ahead for Odisha police. For securing maximum punishment in a section 302 case, independent evidence proving cruel motive will be the clincher
Sahu reportedly gave the demonstration at the crime spot, from where the body of Mamita Meher was exhumed on October 19, for around 10-15 minutes.
