While Khordha topped the list with 274 cases, Cuttack registered 37 new cases followed by Mayurbhanj (23), Balasore (20), and Jajpur (15). Meanwhile, Puri registered 13 cases and Kendrapara and Sambalpur recorded 11 cases each. All other districts of the state registered less than 10 cases each.
The offices of Bhubaneswar Sub-collector and Bhubaneswar Tehsil have been sealed by the city municipal corporation authorities as a precautionary measure to curb the outbreak of the Coronavirus cases.
The administration of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has issued a stern warning to the authorities of all offices, both private and Government, in the State capital city to mandatorily ensure that their staff should strictly follow COVID-appropriate behaviour.
