Residents of Laxmisagar-Chintamaniswar in Bhubaneswar criticized Mayor Sulochana Das over poor road and sanitation conditions. Housing and Urban Development Minister Krushna Chandra Mohapatra visited the area with other officials to inspect the situation, noting incomplete restoration work on Dhoba Pokhari pond.
