Ruchika shelter home escape: Mastermind Bangladeshi boy traced in Cuttack

Bhubaneswar: The Bangladeshi minor boy, who had masterminded the escape of 11 other kids from Ruchika open shelter home in the city a week ago, has been traced in Cuttack today.

The Ruchika shelter home authorities have left for Cuttack to bring back the boy.

On the early hours of May 2, 12 children including the mastermind, all below 16 years, escaped from the open shelter by breaking open the skylight in the bathroom as was found out from the CCTV footage.

While one was immediately located on the railway platform in Bhubaneswar, four others were traced later.
