Thirsty squirrel asks for water from tourists, moment will melt your hearts; watch

Water is essential for almost every living creature. Be it humans, animals or plants, without water none can survive on earth. Every year, mercury is witnessing a sharp rise and living organisms across the earth are suffering in scorching summer. Amid the soaring temperature, everyone searches for water to quench their thirst.

Several disturbing visuals showing the suffering of animals surface on the internet leaving many heartbroken. Meanwhile, a few incidents also surface that wins everyone’s heart as those prove that humanity is still alive.

Here we bring a video that will certainly melt your heart.

The video shows a group of tourists and a squirrel on a road. The most surprising thing in the video is the squirrel asking water from the tourists with folded hands. As the person holding a water bottle walks away from the thirsty creature, it follows him with folded hands. As it seems, the squirrel was requesting the person to offer it some water so that it could quench its thirst. 

A few moments later, the person opens the bottle cap and bends down to offer water to the thirsty squirrel. Even, the thirsty squirrel without any delay brings its mouth closer to the bottle and starts sipping water from it. 

The person also helps the squirrel drink water with patience. The squirrel waits for a while after emptying the bottle and runs away.

The video seems to be an old one but has resurfaced again online. The video shared on Twitter by Indian Forest Services (IFS) official Susanta Nanda has gone viral on social media winning the hearts of netizens. 

Users have massively shared the post and flooded the comments section with notes of appreciation and red heart emoticons. It seems the gesture of humanity towards the squirrel has melted the hearts of one and all.
