Rat caught stealing diamond necklace on CCTV, watch

Rats are notorious and are considered the most dangerous of all known household pests. History has witnessed the menace of the plague carriers. Apart from spreading nasty diseases, these rodents cause extensive property damage. However, these rodents can be more menacing by stealing valuables.

Rats stealing foodstuffs or some other things are quite common. However, recently, a video has gone viral in which a rat can be seen stealing a valuable diamond necklace from a jewellery shop. 

In the video, a diamond necklace can be seen displayed on a mannequin at a jewellery showroom. Suddenly, a rat can be seen approaching from the top shelf. After gazing for a moment, it crawls down and lands on the mannequin. Surprisingly, it picks up the diamond necklace and jumps on the shelf.

The rat finally disappears in the dark with the expensive necklace.

The video shared on Twitter by CCTV Idiots has gone viral and triggered a laugh riot in the comments section. Several users went on to write hilarious comments along with laughing-face emoticons while others expressed surprise over the act.
