Deadly consequences of being busy on mobile while driving train; watch live rail mishap

The recent tragic incident in which three trains collided in Odisha’s Balasore still remains a nightmare for many. In the deadly train mishap, as many as 294 people died while over 1000 passengers were injured. The horrible incident occurred due to lapses in the signalling circuit alteration.

In the video, a train can be seen approaching another on the same track. Both the trains collide head-on. The next visuals show the loco pilot of a train busy on her mobile phone while driving the train. Suddenly, she goes into panic mode and tries to stop the train. However, she fails to avert the tragic mishap. Luckily, the loco-pilot didn’t get injured after the collision.

The next visual shows the interior of a bogie in which a passenger can be seen seated on a chair. As an effect of the collision, the passenger gets thrown from his seat and lands on the floor. As it seems from his reaction, he gets injured after the collision. The next visuals in the video show some other consequences of the collision. It seems, there were a few passengers on the train as the bogies were empty.

Though the authenticity of the video couldn’t be verified, the video shared on Twitter by CCTV IDIOTS has gone viral on social media. Meanwhile, users lashed out at the loco-pilot for being irresponsible while driving causing a tragic train collision.
