Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is a platform where users across India can book train tickets.

Earlier today, IRCTC posted a tweet on their official Twitter handle, informing users that the ticket service is currently unavailable due to a technical issue.

They assured that their technical team is actively working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

The official tweet stated, "Our technical team is resolving the issue. We will notify you as soon as the technical problem is fixed," as mentioned in a tweet from IRCTC's official account.

In response to the tweet, several users expressed their grievances on social media, reporting errors while attempting to book tickets.

One user mentioned, "I have experienced four failed transactions, each worth over Rs. 7200/-. When will the refund for these transactions be processed?"

Another user also commented, "Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. I have been trying to book a ticket continuously, but the service is not working. My amount got deducted five times, but I couldn't book a single ticket."

According to a recent tweet from IRCTC, the company is taking swift action to address the reported issues.

They are diligently working to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Acknowledging the inconvenience faced by users, IRCTC is fully committed to resolving the matter at the earliest opportunity.
