Researchers at Attractiontruth have found that men are using AI tools like OpenAI's ChatGPT to improve their dating experiences.

They are using AI-generated bios and personalised messages to gain a competitive advantage and increase their success rates on popular dating apps.

Improving Dating Profiles with AI

Attractiontruth's survey included 1,371 men of different sexual preferences who actively used dating apps such as Tinder, Bumble, and Hinge.

Surprisingly, about 20% of the respondents (around 274 men aged 25 to 35) admitted to using AI tools to create bios for their dating profiles.

These men utilised AI similar to ChatGPT to compose compelling bios that demonstrated clear thinking and originality.

A well-crafted bio not only attracts potential matches but also reflects the individual's personality and interests, playing a significant role in capturing the attention of like-minded individuals.

In addition to improving their dating profiles, men also utilised AI to enhance their messaging skills.

With the help of AI, they created personalised messages that resonated with their desired matches.

This tailored approach boosted their confidence when interacting with the opposite sex, as reported by 37% of the participants who used AI tools.

Furthermore, 24% of these individuals noticed notable improvements in their messaging abilities.

By incorporating AI as a communication aid, they were able to initiate engaging conversations that stood out from generic greetings.

The use of AI tools in dating profiles and conversations is part of a larger trend of integrating AI into personal lives.

While some people may perceive AI-generated messages as impersonal, Salvatore Damiata, co-founder of Attractiontruth, believes that AI has the potential to revolutionise the dating landscape by promoting healthier communication.
