Virat Kohli is the name that echoes around the corners of every Indian fan in cricket and beyond. He is loved by many because of his attitude, dedication, and passion for the game of cricket. He is the epitome of consistency and perseverance, but he is also known for his aggressive and angry behaviour on-field.

Speaking on this behaviour of Kohli, Sadhguru once said, “If he learns to be a cool fire and not the fire that burns him up, he will do things which probably has not been done for a long time.

In an interview with chairman of RPSG group Mr Sanjeev Goenka, Sadhguru also expressed his enthusiasm and love towards cricket and his admiration towards Virat Kohli.

"I have seen many great batsmen in the last 40 to 45 years, very few have hit the ball the way he (Virat) is hitting it. The only person I can think of who used to hit the ball this way was Vivian Richards. He was the only one who was striking the ball, the way this boy is striking it today which is very rare," said Sadhguru.

I term Cricket as a very dangerous game on the planet because this is the only sport where the ball is pitched and the ball swings both ways," he said.
He also recalled the incident when he first saw the glimpses of Kohli during the U-19 World Cup in Malaysia. Sadhguru said that he had then predicted, "This boy will go far."
