Legendry batsman Sachin Tendulkar won hearts of several fans again by giving bowling to para-cricketer Amir Hussain Lone during the exhibition match between the cricketers and actors in the Indian Street Premier League.

Amir who opened the batting with Sachin, was also given a chance to bowl. Amir uses his legs to bowl as he has lost both his arms in an accident in the sawmill owned by his father.

Sachin was found wicket-keeping in the match. Sachin was impressed with Amir’s bowling and he lauded him from behind the stumps. 

Bollywood star Akshay Kumar was found facing Amir. Fans in the stadium along with Sachin and Akshay became emotional by watching Amir bowl with his leg.

Notably, Amir was specially invited by Sachin for the ISPL. The two met in Kashmir when the legendry cricketer visited the Union Territory. Sachin has been following Amir’s journey for the last few months, calling him his inspiration.

Amir’s family members were present at the ISPL opening ceremony. Amir bats using his shoulders and neck.

In 2013, Amir’s talent was recognized by a teacher, who introduced him to para cricket.

Earlier the former great was found shaking a leg with movie superstars Akshay Kumar and Ramcharan during the opening ceremony of the inaugural Indian Street Premier League.

The legendry cricketer danced to the tune of famous song ‘Naatu-Naatu’ from the movie RRR that also won the prestigious Oscar award for Best Original Song.
