Earlier, Team India players were a bit sluggish in their batting approach after the fall of couple of wickets. They used to come under tremendous pressure and consolidate. However, the approach of the Indian team has undergone a sea change. Now they are sticking with their attacking approach despite losing few quick wickets.

Reacting over the development, in-form fast bowler Arshdeep Singh gave interesting insight into India’s new attacking approach.

“Mindset as a team doesn’t work on what the series scoreline and what happened in the last matches. The main motive is to get used to the ground, and adapt quickly. We can look at improving and developing match skills,” said Arshdeep during an interaction before the final T20I against Afghanistan.

Notably, Arshdeep has impressed with his form especially in T20s. he is someone who will definitely be in skipper Rohit Sharma and head coach Rahul Dravid’s plans for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024 in the USA and West Indies.

The Bengaluru T20I will be India’s last before the T20 World Cup in June this year as all their top players will get busy with the IPL.
