Stones pelted at Papu Pom Pom during stage show in Ganjam

Popular Ollywood comedian Tatwa Prakash Satpathy alias Papu Pom Pom on Saturday had a close shave after miscreants’ pelted stones at him during a stage performance at Sorala village under Chikiti block of Ganjam district. 

As per reports, a digital displayer has been damaged in the stone pelting incident.  The comedian managed to save himself after a water bottle was also thrown at him while he was performing on the stage.

The water bottle reportedly hit another co-actor of the group.

Sources said, Papu Pom Pom had come to perform at the two-day cultural programme of the village which was organised on the occasion of Maha Shivratri.

The exact reason behind the stone pelting incident is not clear yet. Following the incident, Papu Pom Pom left the stage mid-day.

More details in connection with the incident are awaited.
