While medications can give you temporary relief, it is better to try home remedies like juices and herbal teas as they do not cause any side effects. Check a few tips to address the problem:

Apple juice

Apple can be eaten raw to add more fiber to your dietary consumption. However, it can be used effectively in juice form to fight constipation. Prepare apple juice by adding 2 medium apples, half a cup of water, and half a teaspoon of fennel seeds. Drinking this empty stomach can relieve you of constipation symptoms.

Grape juice

The flesh of grapes provides a good texture and is on its own very good for digestion. However, when mixed with certain ingredients, the effect multiplies manifold. Take a medium bunch of green or black grapes, de-seed them, and put them in a jar of a blender. Add 1 tsp of dry ginger powder or half slice of fresh ginger, and a half cup of water and blend. Add a pinch of black salt and drink immediately.

Lemon juice

Lime or lemon is extremely good for digestion. When mixed with honey it is quite effective on all types of digestion-related issues. You can add freshly grounded cumin powder to a glass of lemon and honey juice to make a potent constipation reliever.

Orange juice

When oranges are in season, you must try orange juice for constipation. Squeeze 2 oranges and add a pinch of black salt to enhance taste and drink once or twice a day for better impact. Avoid using bottled juice or orange powder as they are full of preservatives and other harmful chemicals.

Peach juice

Preparing peach juice can be a bit tedious but the taste and the result are worth the effort. Wash 2 to 3 peaches and peel off the pith and remove the seeds. Make slices and blend in a blender with 1 tsp of lemon juice. Add a pinch of black salt before serving.

Cherry juice

Take a bunch of cherries, deseed them, and put them in the blender jar. Add 1 tsp of lemon juice and half a cup of water. Add 1 pinch of black salt before drinking.
