Ranbir’s lunch date with Neetu Kapoor
During one of her interviews, the Khel Khel Mein actress revealed that Ranbir once took her to a small restaurant “Just Eat Around the Corner” that offered lunch worth INR 100.
At that time he had just started earning and was working as an assistant director with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for Black. As Neetuji stood in line to get her plate, she felt very proud as this was her Mother’s Day present from her son with his earning.
Similarly, when Ranbir got a paycheck of Rs 250 for assisting in the home production of Prem Granth he kept it at the feet of his mother. Neetu Kapoor was so overwhelmed by this act that she started crying.
Riddhima made her feel very special in London
Riddhima Kapoor made her mother feel special in London when she was studying there. It so happened that Neetu Kapoor had gone to London to meet her daughter. At that time Riddhima was also doing some part-time job and earning while doing her studies.
To make her mother feel special she booked a limo to receive her mom at the airport with her own earnings. Apart from that she had arranged for a champagne and decorated her apartment with beautiful cards to welcome Neetuji.
Ranbir Kapoor has a surprise for Neetu Kapoor on her birthday
Currently, Neetuji is in Europe spending a long holiday with Riddhima and her husband and enjoying her birthday week. And now Ranbir Kapoor has also left India to join them in London so that all of them can celebrate the 65th birthday of Neetuji together.
However, the Barfi actor wants it to be a surprise for his mother and hence asked the paparazzi not to upload the video clip soon or else she will come to know about it.
While Riddhima can be seen spending much time her with mother, even Ranbir has proved time and again that he is a devoted son. During Covid pandemic when Neetu Kapoor was diagnosed with the infection, he had arranged a special air ambulance for his mother so that she can safely return to Mumbai.
