Odisha Elections 2024: Rajnagar BJP candidate brings corruption allegations against BJD

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate from Rajnagar Assembly constituency under Kendrapara Parliamentary seat, Lalit Kumar Behera has brought corruption allegations against Biju Janata Dal (BJD).

As per the allegations by Behera, the ruling party has been indulged in massive corruption in Pattamundai and Rajnagar blocks in the district. He further alleged that common people are going through ordeal due to the corrupt activities of the administration.

“The ruling party is involved in many corrupt activities in Pattamundai and Rajnagar blocks. Residents of the areas are suffering a lot as their problems are not resolved despite running from pillar to post,” said Behera at a presser on Saturday.

“People in the area are fed up with the corrupt activities of the ruling dispensation. They have made up their minds to give a befitting reply in the upcoming election,” he added.

Behera thanked the top BJP leadership including the party VP and Kendrapara Lok Sabha candidate Baijayant Panda for giving him an opportunity to serve the people of Pattamundai and Rajnagar.

However, no reaction could be obtained from BJD in response to Behera’s allegations.
