Sid-Kiara wedding: Know where the star couple met first, it’s not on Shershaah's sets

The reel-life Captain Vikram Batra, Sidharth Malhotra is finally going to tie the knot with his Dimple (Kiara Advani) today at Suryagarh Palace in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.

It is one of the most awaited weddings of the year after that of KL Rahul-Athiya Shetty and Vicky Kaushal-Katrina Kaif.

The palace has all been decked up and guests have started arriving. Both Kiara and Sidharth also reached the wedding venue with their respective families. Many celebrity guests including Manish Malhotra, Karan Johar, Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput also made their presence felt with their late-night entry at the wedding venue.

From melting everyone’s heart with their impeccable chemistry in the blockbuster movie ‘Shershaah’ to confessing their love for each other on Karan Johar’s ‘Koffee With Karan’, the lovey-dovey couple has managed to keep their fans hooked.

Fans cannot keep calm as the two lovebirds are finally getting married. As we wait to see Kiara and Sidharth as a couple, let’s know where they first met.

According to popular belief and fan versions, the couple first met on the sets of Shershaah. But, no it is false. It’s not on the sets of Shershaah, Kiara met Sidharth for the first time at the wrap-up party of Lust Stories in 2018.

Lust Stories released on Netflix, consisted of four short films. Karan Johar was one of the directors and Kiara Advani acted in the film.

Kiara, during her appearance on Koffee With Karan Season 7 opened up on her first meeting with Sidharth and said, “Sid and I know each other from before we were cast in Shershaah.”

To this, Karan added, “Yes, much before.”

Kiara continued, “Yes at the wrap-up party of Lust Stories. Of course, I will never forget.”
