Anticipation among fans of Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra has reached the zenith as the countdown has begun for the big-fat celebrity wedding. As per the latest media reports, Kiara and Sidharth will take their seven pheras on Tuesday, February 7, instead of Monday, which was presumed earlier.

Meanwhile, the wedding festivities have already begun at Suryagarh. With the arrival of the guests at Jaisalmer airport, the excitement was palpable all across the city.  While Sidharth and Kiara reached their wedding destination separately on Saturday, their parents have also arrived.

Siddharth and Kiara are staying at the Thar Haveli built within the Suryagarh complex. The haveli consists of two mansions. Each mansion has three rooms, a private swimming pool, and a dining room. Kiara will stay in one and Siddharth in the other.

The haveli has been built with Jaisalmer yellow stone and carvings. A specialty of the haveli is that the ceilings are made of wood. This keeps it warm in winter and cool in the summer. Located right behind the hotel, the haveli is a favourite of celebrities. Food there is served by specially designated waiters in copper utensils in the tradition of old royalty.

Among the guests, ace helmer Karan Johar and Shahid Kapoor also arrived earlier today.  Shahid arrived with his wife Meera Rajput. It is to be seen if Shahid dances, as promised, to 'Dola Re Dola' with Karan Johar.

Three security agencies are engaged in the exercise, sources said, adding: "Guards are stationed with weapons all around Suryagarh and using mobile phone is just not allowed."

Moreover, the wedding management has also enforced 'No Mobile' policy so that no photo or video from the star-studded wedding leaks out.

Bride-to-be Kiara arrived in Jaisalmer on Saturday in Mukesh Ambani's chartered plane accompanied by fashion designer Manish Malhotra. Kiara was spotted outside Jaisalmer airport in a white outfit. Soon after the videos surfaced on the internet, the craze among fans is growing. Even Kiara’s father also arrived in Jaisalmer and was welcomed by the paparazzi. Moreover, a video of Kiara arriving at Suryagarh Palace also has surfaced on the internet.

Meanwhile, guests have started arriving in Jaisalmer. Strong security has been kept outside Jaisalmer airport and special cards and bands have been made for the drivers to enter the hotel, sources informed.

Some guests will accompany the bride and groom today, while the rest of the guests and relatives will arrive on Sunday, added sources.

Reportedly, Sidharth and Kiara are likely to host two wedding receptions in Delhi and Mumbai.

Mehandi artist Veena Nagda arrived from Mumbai on Friday to apply henna on the bride.

Meanwhile, Kiara's make-up team and wedding photographers, including Amit Thakur and Vishal Punjabi, have reached Jaisalmer for the big wedding.

Sidharth also jetted off for Jaisalmer and the video of the same surfaced on social media.

Earlier, reports said that 100-125 guests would attend the wedding besides the families of Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani. It is being said that celebrities like Karan Johar, and Isha Ambani will also attend the wedding.

As per information, about 80 rooms have been booked in the Suryagarh Palace of Jaisalmer for the wedding.
