Parineeti, Raghav Chadha marriage: Priyanka Chopra absent during mehendi ceremony, likely to miss wedding

Actress Parineeti Chopra is all set to tie the knot with her beau and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Raghav Chadha in Rajasthan’s Udaipur this weekend. The bride and groom arrived at Udaipur airport yesterday to a grand welcome.

The much-awaited wedding is all set to take place in the Leela Palace while the baraat will travel from the iconic Lake Palace by boat. A mehendi ceremony was held yesterday and today’s programme includes a haldi and sangeet.

Interestingly, Parineeti’s sister and global actress Priyanka Chopra has been missing in the wedding ceremony. The actress was missing during the mehendi ceremony yesterday and is likely to miss the haldi and sangeet today.

The ‘Aitraaz’ actress who is expected to attend the wedding, is reportedly skipping it, due to prior commitments. On the other hand, Priyanka’s Instagram stories also reveal that the actress is most likely to miss the wedding.

“I hope you are as happy and content as this on your big day little one. Always wishing you so much love.” Priyanka wished after sharing a throwback picture of Parineeti in full party mode. 

Well, reports suggest that Priyanka will not be able to attend the wedding due to her prior commitments.

Priyanka who lives in Los Angeles is currently on a tour with her husband Nick Jonas, indicating that she will be absent from the festivities.

Earlier, there were reports that Priyanka would be landing in India today, but Priyanka has shared an Instagram post of herself and little daughter Malti Marie playing with animals at a petting farm in Los Angeles.
