Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) announces 250 vacancies for Assistant Training Officer (ATO) posts, targeting ITI, Diploma, and degree holders. Online applications will be available soon.
As per the official OSSC notification, 586 group B and group C posts will be filled up through the CGLRE 2024
It has sought applications online for different categories of teachers of district Cadre posts of teachers in government schools under SC &ST Development department and M&BCW department on Monday.
The department invited online applications from prospective candidates on Sunday.
The interested candidates may apply online through the Board’s website www.cbse.nic.in. No other means/mode of submission of applications will be accepted.
As per the official announcement, the last date for registration has been extended till 6 pm of March 6 (Wednesday). So candidates can apply online through the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in and also through upsconline.nic.in. throughout the day.
However, the recruitment process will only be started after all the appointments are made in the ongoing Junior Teacher recruitment advertised in 2023, Odisha I & PR department said.
In case of unsatisfactory performance, the contract can be terminated by the University before the expiry of two years, the notification read.
The written examination will be held in five zones of Odisha-Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Sambalpur.
The engagement will be purely on contractual basis for a period of one year extendable by one more year subject to performance evaluation and organizational needs in Media & Public Relation Unit of CBSE, Headquarters, Delhi.
The online application process has commenced on March 3 and will continue till March 17.

The UPSC Civil Services Residential Coaching is sponsored by the Odisha government under which coaching will be provided to 200 aspirants who are domiciles of Odisha.
As per the decision, the monthly remuneration of Gana Sikhyaks who have not cleared the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) has been increased from Rs 7,000 to Rs 10,000. This will benefit 1121 mass teachers, the government said.
