Health workers under the banner of Odisha State Male & Female Multipurpose Health Workers/Health Supervisor’s United Association on Thursday (January 14) threatened that they will not take COVID-19 vaccine shots. This decision was taken as a mark of protest against government’s alleged neglect in fixing their designation and cadre.
Around 9,000 healthcare workers will be administered vaccine shots in Bhubaneswar in the first phase of Covid-19 inoculation drive.
