Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday laid the foundation stone of the permanent campus of the Indian Institutes of Management, IIM Sambalpur via video conferencing.

Odisha government on Saturday announced dates for reopening of schools across the State. As per the order of the School and Mass Education Department, schools for Class X and Class XII students will reopen on January 8.

After prolonged uncertainty, the dates for the annual High School Certificate (HSC) or the Matriculation exams and the Plus II examinations in Odisha have been announced. As per the Odisha government notification, annual Matriculation examination will commence on May 3 and will continue till May 15. Similarly, the Plus-II exams conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, will commence from May 15th and continue till June 11th.
