Fresh medical issues have come up: Amitabh

The 69-year-old megastar, who has been bravely updating his fans on his hospital stay, today posted a brief entry on his blog saying that he won`t be detailing on his medical condition further.

"I seek forgiveness... I will not be detailing any more... Some fresh medical issues have come up, and I need to concentrate on the treatment now," he wrote on Wednesday night.

Bachchan was operated on at the Seven Hills hospital Saturday, after which he had tweeted that he was in pain. His tweet on Wednesday indicated that he was on his way to recovery, but it seems that Bachchan will have to spend some more time at the hospital.

Bachchan has been battling a string of stomach ailments since his near fatal intestinal injury while filming a fight scene in 1982 movie "Coolie". His latest condition is also a result of the same accident.
