Bhubaneswar: With an aim to impart proper education and training to students so that they can become officers in Indian armed forces, the premier educational institution has released a notification for admissions to class 6 and 9 for the academic session 2020-21.

While the entrance exam for the admissions will be conducted on January 5, interested and aspiring candidates can apply for the same till September 23, 2019.

In Odisha, the entrance exam will be conducted at seven different centres in Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Dhenkanal, Koraput, Rourkela and Sambalpur.

Meanwhile, Sambalpur-based Sainik School is all set to begin enrolment of students for the upcoming academic session. The school has a total of 100 seats.

'There are seven examination centres plus another one, eight, which will be in play for the conducting of examination... The registration process is on till September 23,'' informed Principal of Sainik School, Bhubaneswar Group Captain S Dominic Rayan.
