R Vaishali, Praggnanandhaa Become World’s First Brother-Sister Grandmaster Duo

Indian’s youngest chess Grandmaster Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa’s sister R Vaishali has joined the league of ‘Grandmasters’ as she earned the coveted title at the 5th EL LIobergat chess tournament in Spain. With this achievement, the duo became the first Grandmasters sibling of the world. Not only this, Vaishali has become the third Indian woman to accomplish such a feat in the country.
