Ahead of the death anniversary of OTV journalist Arindam Das, the second Arindam Das Memorial Scholarship instituted in memory of the journalist was handed over on Friday.The scholarship was awarded to Amlan Nanda, a final year BTech computer science student at the Sambalpur University Institute of Information Technology (SUIIT).Amlan received the scholarship for the second consecutive year.
