Will Court Initiate Action Against Kejriwal? Delhi CM Summoned On March 16 Post ED’s Fresh Complaint

In another development, a Delhi Court has asked Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to appear before it on March 16. The order was issued after the Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed a fresh complaint against the Aam Admi Party Supremo for evading its summons. It is pertinent to mention here that Kejriwal’s ED trials were in connection with the money laundering case related to the alleged irregularities in now-scrapped 2021-22 Delhi excise policy.
