Odisha had set a target to complete 90 per cent vaccination as per Modi government's 'Har Ghar Dastak' or the door-to-door Covid-19 vaccination campaign.
The Odisha government will now turn its attention to aggressively vaccinate people against Covid-19 in the rural pockets of the State so that the inoculation exercise can be completed to a large extent before a possible third wave of the pandemic hits the State, Director, Odisha Health and Family Welfare Department, Bijay Panigrahi said on Thursday.
The State government of Odisha on Friday announced to introduce Covaxin for inoculation of people aged 18 years and above in the district of Ganjam.
