In an email to IANS, Meena Pandey claimed that she had approached the Indian Embassy in Oman several times but the matter has not been solved yet, and she has requested Indian diplomats in Oman to contact the Chairman of the company in India.

Jaishankar, who is here on an official visit at the invitation of his Bhutanese counterpart Lyonpo Tandi Dorji, is Bhutan's first high-level visitor from abroad since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in the country in March 2020.

Jaishankar also said in the next 25 years, India should be at the next stage of globalisation. India should be about capability building, he said.

When asked about India's stand on the war, he said: "When rules-based order was under challenge in Asia, the advice we got from Europe was; do more trade. At least we are not giving you that advice."

The sentiment was echoed by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin, the other participants in Monday's 2+2 meeting of the defence and diplomatic leaders.
