Putting an end to painful experience of months of lockdown crisis, private buses will soon ply on the roads across Odisha from July 19 (Monday). State Private Bus Owners’ Association Secretary Debendra Sahu announced the same after a crucial meeting with Odisha government.
Despite Odisha government allowing resumption of bus services across the state from today after several weeks of pandemic lockdown restrictions, private bus owners have however refused to normalise the operations until reaching an agreement with the government on fulfilment of demands.

The Odisha State Road Transport Corporation is all set to resume its bus service on 43 selected routes in the State with effect from July 6, tomorrow, the State-run carrier informed through its Twitter page on Monday.
