Bhubaneswar: The Regional Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar today predicted rainfall in several parts of north, south and coastal districts of the State in the next 24 hours.

Duty officer, Laxmikant Giri informed that a low-pressure area is constant over east Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Under its impact, several parts of Odisha including coastal districts and areas of Sambalpur, Jharsuguda and Deogarh will experience rainfall.

Similarly, other adjoining areas of Angul, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Nayagarh and Kandhamal will also experience rainfall in next 24 hours.

However, no heavy rainfall warning has been issued for the State in the next 24 hours.
