Bhubaneswar: Policy think tanks will delve into several contemporary issues including industrialization and electoral system at OTV’s annual convention- ‘Foresight’ here today. The convention, now in its fourth year, will feature a galaxy of eminent speakers like Sam Pitroda, Praful Patel, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, MJ Akbar and SY Quraishi, among others.
