BJB most sought after college in 1st cut-off list for plus III admission

Bhubaneswar: The BJB autonomous college here has emerged as the most preferred educational institution for admission to plus III courses after the first cut off mark list was announced today.

In physical science, the minimum marks required for admission in BJB college is 92% as per the first cut off list while Basic Science College stood at second place in the list with 89.6% followed by Rajdhani college with 84.5%.

In biological science, colleges asking for high percentage of marks are BJB college (92.2%), Basic Science College (89%) and Rourkela Govt College (82.83%).

The most sought after colleges in commerce stream are BJB college with 86%, followed by Sailabala College, Cuttack with 82.67% and Rajdhani college with 77.33%.

Similarly, BJB college has emerges as the top institution among others with 77% mark in the first cut off list for admission to Arts stream while Nayagarh college stood second with 70.67%. Rajendra College, Bolangir, emerged as the third leading institution with 70.5% .
