Nor'wester to bring temp down in several Odisha districts: Gusty surface wind likely

The people in several parts of Odisha on Sunday got much-needed relief from scorching heatwave conditions due to overcast conditions and strong breeze. However, the humidity level was quite high.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted a fall in the maximum temperature (day temperature) as several parts of the State are likely to experience Nor’westers from today.

As per IMD’s regional centre in Bhubaneswar, thunderstorm with lightning is also likely to occur in different parts of the State.
