The India Meteorological Department’s (IMD) Regional Centre in Bhubaneswar on Saturday predicted thunderstorm activities in several parts of Odisha.
The thunderstorm activities are expected to bring down temperature in several districts which were reeling under heatwave conditions. The IMD has predicted a drop in maximum temperature after three to four days in Odisha.
Earlier, the IMD had informed the southwest monsoon is likely to touch some parts of Odisha in the next 4-5 days.
